Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, expect on a Friday & Saturday, when those orders are shipped on a Monday .  We normally use PARCEL FORCE 48 hour service, small items are posted 1st CLASS POST.  Were possible we use recycled packaging & shredded paper. Ceramic items are wrapped in bubble wrap, but we are looking for alternatives to those plastic items.
